Manage the Administrative tasks of the Symposium Team at the direction of the VP of Symposium.

Symposium Team Meeting Minutes

  • Attend Symposium Team Meetings
  • Create minutes and communicate to team leads
  • Distribute to Team Leads as required

Symposium Master Schedule Management

  • Maintain and update schedule of tasks needed to deliver events.
  • Monitor execution and confirm completion of all tasks.
  • Distribute to Team as required.

Manage Symposium Team Google Calendar

  • Create Google calendar invites and reminders for all team meetings.

Manage Symposium Teams Google Share Drive

  • Organize team folders and files.
  • Provide team access to folders on shared drive.
  • Load Final Documents to Sharepoint.

Symposium Volunteer List

  • Monthly update of Symposium Team Volunteer List.

Occasionally facilitate Symposium Team Meetings in place of VP, Symposium.
