The PMs on the Facilities team plan prior to the event and execute the plan on the day of the event to ensure that the venue and all event logistics meet all requirements. This would include exhibitor, speaker, and Audio Visual support, plus working with the facility and
Symposium teams to address any issues as they arise.
• Register to attend Symposium event. • Participate in planning for the event with Facilities lead.• Attend the event and work on the Facilities team to assure event logistics.• Participate in post event lessons learned.
