• Plan with facilities team toward preparing for a successful event.• Attend event and address related issues as they arise.
The PM’s for the Facilities team plans prior and on the day of events to
assure that the facilities and all event logistics including, vendor
and speaker support, Audio Visual, and working with the facility and
Symposium teams to address any issues as they arise.
• Register to attend Symposium event. • Participate in planning for the event with Facilities lead• Attend the event and work with Facilities team to assure event logistics.• Participate in post event lessons learned.
